H-TRIO’s community of parents, grandparents and teachers have shared their passion, experiences and challenges raising and educating children to develop an innovative program that unites parents and teachers in accomplishing this shared goal.
We 3 Synergy™
- Is a unique fundraising program that connects the key people in a child’s life – parents and teachers – to provide a positive environment for children and a network of people who believe in them

- Is a concept, not just a program. Each school is assisted with adapting the concept to their needs.

The Results
A Positive Attitude Zone™ (PAZ) community nurtures children’s values, beliefs and attitudes to help them build a strong sense of who they are, how they want to live their lives and how they want to be treated.
In a PAZ community, the concepts are continually reinforced. When children embrace PAZ, negative behaviours like bullying and discrimination naturally improve because underlying issues are addressed, not just symptoms. Children develop a strong sense of belonging within the family, school and community that trust and genuinely care about each other.
